Does PRIMA replace our reservation system?
No. PRIMA sends bookings straight into the reservation system you use today and surfaces prime inventory on top of it.
Who sets the prime-slot price?
You do. We share market data and benchmarks, but you set the fee per slot, per night, per section. You can change it any time.
How are payouts handled?
Prime fees are collected from the guest at booking, held by PRIMA, and paid to you on a monthly cycle. Deposits follow the same flow.
Can we exclude certain guests or referrers?
Yes. Block lists, dress codes, age policies and concierge approvals are all configurable per venue.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing upfront. There is no setup fee, subscription or contract. On standard reservations, you pay only when the guest arrives; on Prime reservations, the guest pays and you receive 60% of the booking fee.
